Maveline does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from or about children under the age of 13. We will delete such information if we become aware that it has been submitted through our website.

What Data We Collect
Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. We use third-party analytics tools to help us provide you with a good experience using our website.

- We use Google Analytics to gain an overview of how our site is being used and how to improve user experience. Also what content to create and similar decisions all focused on improving the experience for our visitors.

On this site, we display various forms that allow you to sign up for our newsletter and membership portal. When you sign up through one of our forms, we’ll commonly ask you for the following data:-

- Which form do you fill out
- Referrer URL (the URL that led you to the page that you signed up through)

When you submit a message to us, we keep the following data:

This allows our team to reply to the message that you’ve sent us through our support system.
You will never receive marketing-related messages by contacting us through our contact form. Unless it specifically relates to the message that you’ve sent us.

- Purchasing a Product from Us
When you purchase from Maveline we will collect different data:
Our products are listed on Amazon Marketplaces (US & SG) and Amazon collects and keeps other data for their use. Maveline will only keep the following data if you opted in on one of our promotional campaigns:
- Name
- Email address
- Promotion campaign
- Product in promotion
- Mautic Tag
Please note that this data is captured when you submit an order on our checkout page. This is regardless of whether you complete the purchase of the product through our payment processor, STRIPE or PayPal.
This data is required for the following reasons:-
- Compliance – We have to understand what country you are a resident of so that we can charge the correct VAT amount. We must also keep a record of this data for tax audit purposes.
- Integration with our payment processor – We collect address personal data such as your name, email, and address to integrate with STRIPE or PayPal (the service we use to collect payments)
- Product delivery – To give you access to the products that you purchase and to our support team, we need to create an account using your name and email address.
We also send your name, email address, and product tag to our email service provider Mautic.
This allows us to send you emails about product updates (such as new features that have been released), and training courses. And also any other information related to the product that you’ve purchased.
These emails are designed to improve your product experience. But you can opt-out at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive.
E-mail Policy
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. And we do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties. We will not provide your personal information to any third party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law.
We will use your e-mail address solely to provide timely information about Maveline.
Maveline will maintain the information you send via e-mail under applicable Philippine law.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from. And provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list. So that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us. Also our partners by read the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at any time.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt out of receiving these communications. This is by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

Maveline prohibits the use of its website and/or services in any manner associated with the transmission, and distribution. Or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“Spam”). You may not use any Maveline services to send Spam. Maveline does not authorize the harvesting, mining, or collection of e-mail addresses. Or other information from or through the website or its services. We do not permit or authorize others to use the Maveline services to collect, compile, or obtain any information about its customers. Or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses.
Maveline does not permit or authorize any attempt to use its services in a manner that could damage, disable, and overburden. Or impair any aspect of any of the services, or that could interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Maveline service.
Our action
If Maveline believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any service, it may, without notice, take such action as it does. In its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server, or IP address. Maveline may immediately terminate any account on any service. Which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail. Or through, the Maveline website and/or services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Maveline’s rights.
Unauthorized use of any Maveline services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
Violators of the CAN SPAM Act may be subject to “cease and desist” orders. Or penalties from the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) of up to $11,000 per violation. Criminal prosecution is also possible in the case of egregious offenders. Which can result in penalties such as fines, forfeiture of proceeds and equipment. The worst offenders can also be subject to prison time.
Automated Decision-Making from Your Data
We have automated processes in place that are designed to improve the relevancy of the communication we send to you. And also the content on our site.

If you purchase a product from us, we will send you information to help you get up and running with the product that you’ve purchased.

Your Right to View Your Data
You have the right to see the data that we store about you. To request a file containing all your data, let our support team know.
We will reply to your request within 72 hours and will provide you with a file to your email address as soon as we’ve gathered the data.

We are working on creating a self-service platform. This is so, that you can easily view all the data that we store about you immediately. We will update the privacy policy when this work has been completed.
Your Right to Have Your Data Deleted
You have the right to request that we delete data that we store about you.
- If you would like to stop receiving our email newsletter then you can. Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails. This will unsubscribe you from any future communications. If, for some reason, this doesn’t work then let us know and we’ll remove you manually.
We can also delete all of your data from all systems that we own and operate. This includes all of the above.
Please note that if you’ve purchased a product or services from us we are obliged to keep a record of the purchase. It is in our billing system. This will mean keeping a record of your billing address, contact details, and purchase details. We do this to fulfill our obligations to the tax authorities and remain compliant.
